xD LAWLAWLAWLAW yes,I know what you mean ^ ^ .__. I'm struggling with that at the moment, so I guess I'm not one to talk. x ox I have these nice OCs that I've been working on, but because I'm so attacked to the digitals, I can't seem to go back to them. *I'd do em digitally, but conceptual work feels better with pen/pencil* - ooorr actually o 3o I might do em on painter.
D: Touch de software, I tell yuu ! Different feel :] I'm curious to know what you'll think ~ My last uploaded piece was done on painter :]
8D Awesome ! tell me what you think :] I looove using Charcoal a lot. Try the default charcoal. o 3o I thiiiink thats the one I use. I also like the digital watercolor, but I don't like that the blender tools don't work on it =/ Oh, and mind you, there are 2 different watercolors. One is the digital, which is the one I use, and the other one is just called watercolor. ;< Haven't figured out the difference yet, but I believe the regular watercolor gave me a harder time.
^ ^ To be honest I don't remember. I have it written down on the original hard copy. It might have been about 24 hours, roughly. Hmm...I'll look at your gallery, and I'll leave you some comments here and there. I haven't really done this in a while ^ ^;; I only started posting up work not too long ago, and when I do, I sort of just leave it be without really checking up on anything. Anyways, I hope I can help ^ ^
Hmm, well, I don't use the slice pen tool...o.o I never even touched it X3...I'll discover it later. I'll tell you about it when I do.
As for shading the way I do, I use the smudge tool, and the eraser (I usually keep the eraser in a low Opasity and low flow, and I use it only for touching it up a bit. It helps me fade away color lightly to give the shading a smooth touch...There is more than one way to make it look smooth. Erasing is my favorite way). I also use the brush tool on a low opacity and low flow to make light marks that give the illusion of shadowing...o_o
With me so far?
